Thanksgiving Feast

All the kindergarten classes got together to celebrate Thanksgiving on Friday. I want to thank all my parents who brought mashed potatoes for our feast.

Systems

We went to the science lab today with Mrs. Shaw's class and worked on systems.

Miss Spider's Tea Party

I read Miss Spider's Tea Party and then let the children try three different teas and vote on their favorite one we also charted our answers and analyzed the data. We made Miss Spider and used pixie 2 to write about the story in the computer lab.

Pumpkin Unit

Measuring

We started our pumpkin unit on measuring how many pumpkins tall we were then making a class book. When we finished our writing how tall we were we found friends and discussed who was taller and who was shorter; we then put the whole class in order from tallest to shortest.
